Hiring

How our process works

  1. 01

    Application

A short form and a CV. No cover letter; we ask three written questions instead, and everyone answers the same ones.

  2. 02

    First conversation

Forty-five minutes with the hiring manager, focused on how you have worked, not on where you have worked.

  3. 03

    Work sample

A paid, time-boxed exercise based on something the role actually involves. We tell you the criteria in advance.

  4. 04

    Panel

A conversation with two colleagues you would work alongside, plus space for your questions.

  5. 05

    Decision

A decision and written feedback within ten working days of the final conversation, for every candidate who reached interview.
