Gather documents, budget information and the details of your proposed work.

Apply
Complete the application in stages. Drafts can be saved and resumed.

Review
Applications are assessed against the published evaluation criteria.

Decision
You are notified of the outcome and the reasoning available to us to share.

Award / outcome
Successful applicants complete award steps and agree reporting expectations.

Reporting & learning
We ask for proportionate reporting, and we share what we learn.

What the form asks
Applications are completed in sections. Drafts autosave, and you can return at any point before the deadline. Only information relevant to the assessment is requested.

After submission
Application statuses
Your dashboard shows your current status and the next step. Statuses are configurable per opportunity, so not every application passes through all of them.

Submitting an application never guarantees funding. We aim to explain decisions as clearly as our process allows.
